Worst Bank ever to do a Mortgage Home Loan Through. Their advisor there lies constantly and will hide the truth especially when it comes to appraisal. our appraisal was supposed to take a week but our advisor lied, dropped the ball, and pushed ours out over a month (40 days). Luckily we are a private client otherwise we would be screwed. Stay far away from Chase unless you want a 90 or 120 day close.
