Once upon a time there use to be EXCELLENT banks, with OUTSTANDING banking service now the very word BANK is shall we say Cirque du Soleil ALIZÉ, a stunning show of ignorance and stupidity, the window clerk put the deposit in the WRONG account I had to go to Chase 1465 Palma Way, Bullhead City, AZ 86442 for REAL help !
I had a simple question about my checking account, The lady who answered the phone had no interest in helping me ,she just talked real fast and transfered me to another line and hung up on me,,No Customer service!!!!!
