Chase bill pay is too F'n slow. I now have a late fee because their bill pay is so slow. Wells Fargo bill pay is same or next day. It has been 6 days and my Chase bill pay payment still has not gone through, Chase needs to get with the program. This is the 21st Century. You don't pay bills by sending paper checks via snail mail.
Only giving 3 stars for Larissa. Come here if you want to stand in line for an hour. Only 2 tellers at any given time. No separation of business merchants from personal banking. Only 1 notary. Forced to go here because of work deposits but will never bank here ever.
I ordered a new card 2 weeks ago express shipping never received it, they never answer the phone this bank is dumb
Will not let me open account and gave no reason why.
This bank is so incompetent. Steer clear everyone, you've been warned!!! If I could give a negative star I would.
