Walked up to the bank at 458pm and was greeted by a security guard. I asked “may I go in the bank?” He replied “we are closed” I said “ don’t you close at 5? It’s not 5 yet”. I showed him my phone. He replied “ we have other customers”. Horrible customer service.
I love chase Bank. I don't wait long. They are friendly and place is clean. I love them. Inez
Extremely slow service
Chase bill pay is too F'n slow. I now have a late fee because their bill pay is so slow. Wells Fargo bill pay is same or next day. It has been 6 days and my Chase bill pay payment still has not gone through, Chase needs to get with the program. This is the 21st Century. You don't pay bills by sending paper checks via snail mail.
