This is a horrible branch my mom has been trying to get a hold of an employee there for now 12 days . We went in and spoke with someone at that branch and the nice lady spend about 20 mins with us and told my mom a specific person would have to finish up the business and would call her within 3-5 days . Well it's been almost 12 days now and still no call . The branch never answers just says they are busy and can't take calls ?? I opened a special kind of account with Chase that was court ordered for my son and it literally took six months going in about 15 times and being told the wrong thing. Getting the wrong paperwork and then going back to be told that I had brought in the wrong thing. They hold checks for weeks and weeks will not give you your money. And every time I went to try to do something with my son’s bank account the manager acted like she hadn’t worked with me probably 15 times. I w... read more
