Never answers the phone, there's no way to wait on hold, leave a voice mail, or ask for a call back. I've been trying to call to speak with someone for 2 days and no one picks up.
This bank is a joke. Overall, performance in this bank is service is very slow, even though the Banker sees that there is a long line that does not increase their speed or do anything different. They really won't let a little 5 yr old girl go pee claiming you have no restroom, trash people what's wrong with you all. Things have definitely gone downhill with this world. No peace no love no respect. I hope this makes you feel shameful and causes growth within yourselves.
The staff at Kingman's Chase Bank went above & beyond the call of duty to accommodate my expansive banking needs this week. From cashing in many bonds to investment options and much more, customer service was spot on.
