My partner and I visited this branch together and worked with Kate. We had actually gone to the Chase branch in San Bruno prior to this and had a poor experience, so it was very refreshing to work with Kate at the South San Francisco location and would recommend requesting her. She was polite, professional and friendly.
I’ve been a Chase customer for a long time and have been visiting this branch for about ten years for a variety of needs. Service is polite and professional. It is true from other reviews that there were no tellers, but that changed recently; there are tellers now as of late 2025.
I would like to thank the Chase branch and especially Ekaterina for the wonderful service! She was very attentive, professional, and helped me resolve my issue quickly and stress-free. It’s always great when employees truly care about their customers. Thank you so much!
It’s modern branch with two ATMs, one inside an one outside. Parking can be a little bit of a challenge, but usually it’s doable.
