I do not generally go into physical bank locations often, but every time I need to, I am greeted by Ms. Rosie. She is always incredibly friendly and helpful. She makes any banking needs I have painless and easy.
Marsha and Carlos were super helpful opening a business account - very customer service oriented and I actually had fun while opening it. Marsha even assisted me with a notary afterward. Great team here!
I had an appointment with a business banking rep at this branch on Saturday, October 28th. It turns out Chase appointment scheduling system scheduled the appointment with a personal banker. He provided excellent service but could not help me with the primary reason for my appointment. He was only able to send an email to that branch’s regional business banker who was supposed to contact me within 1-2 business days (no later than Halloween).
