Chase bank on us30 and thornapple drive is set to close up as of October 31. 2023. Please call the main branch and state weather this is good or not. My wife and I love this branch. All the people that work there are wonderful It is convenient, clean and they are always helpful. They know me by name. I for one will voice my opinion to keep this branch open. If you are new or experienced with this branch. I hope you do likewise. Clay and susan.
They don’t seem to answer the phone and always feels a little unwelcoming in person. Also note, I’m just talking about this branch. Other chase locations have generally been much friendly.
Customer of 13 years and they couldn't afford the human decency to let me use their restroom. BYE.
Horrible customer service. Walked in this morning to the Valparaiso branch off Rt.30 and Thornapple. Noone else in lobby except for employees.. I had a simple 10 minute request that evidently was too hard for the teller and too troublesome for the floor manager to stop his conversation with another employee, to handle. I was told "sorry, he's too busy". I've been a Chase customer for decades now but will surely be looking to switch banks.
