Im done with chase after more years than I can count. I've been using them for longer than I can remember and right before Christmas they decide to put a hold on my entire checking account. They said 5 to 7 days and we will take care of it and it's been over a month. My account is still completely locked up and I opened a new account at Fifth Third and will never be using Chase again. It's a good bank to bank with
If you bank with chase bank they can ruin your life that cost me house on top of Ernest money I put down my gpa was helping me buy house so I deposited the check he gave me in to bank and his band even cleared the check with this branch with guy name Tyler that works at this branch there fraud team locked my account and locked every $ I had in bank up still is to this day and trying fight to get my money from chase bank on top of it got 2 kids at home and they locked up my money so couldn’t buy my kids Christmas gifts for Ch... read more
