I spoke to a delightful, young ( sound of voice) woman this morning, who was the perfect example of what a bank should be. Great professional, personality with a smile in her voice. Im done with chase after more years than I can count. I've been using them for longer than I can remember and right before Christmas they decide to put a hold on my entire checking account. They said 5 to 7 days and we will take care of it and it's been over a month. My account is still completely locked up and I opened a new account at Fifth Third and will never be using Chase again.
