I love this bank I have always banked at the Washington Mutual inside of Thriftway(they recently moved across the parking lot now-same wonderful people). When I walk in they know my name, they don't even ask for ID anymore and are always pleasant. Now that I moved across town, I still drive to this brance to see these people. PROS: Wonderful friendly staff CONS: None

Great bank & convenient! This Washington Mutual branch is actually located in the grocery store I frequent (Thriftway). It really makes it convenient to shop & bank in the same trip without having to make two separate stops! The staff is very helpful & friendly. They really do treat you like one of the family here.
