Good service for the last 20 years
Workers are slow and don’t even greet customers. Hire more people that are actually good in customer service. Incompetent people. The atm is more useful than your employees.
I have been a long time customer of Chase ...is it that difficult to find managers and employees that'll give decent customer ?! The manager today seems to have just rolled out of bed and was mumbling..she didn't seem to want to help so I walked out. I will not be coming back to this location!
Banking Rep Jie Guo was exceptional in helping to assist my daughter with an account. What impressed me the most was how extremely patient she was and knowledgeable. She took the time we needed and we never felt rushed. She asked about our interests, and we laughed and enjoyed our conversation. The outcome was positive for both the account and the actions of our representative. Thank you, Jie, for your patience, service and dedication to your clients.
Impossible to return calls to anyone at this location. Been trying to reach them for 2 weeks. They never answer the phone, even when calling during slower times of the day.
