Good luck trying to cash a check issued by Chase at a Chase branch. They seem to come up with every possible excuse not to cash it, instead pushing you to deposit it into your account instead. Then, after the deposit, they may tell you the funds aren’t immediately available for withdrawal even when the check is drawn on the same bank. They also don’t have the Tap feature for debit cards saying you need a physical card with a chip. This Chase location has you waiting around a good 20-25 minutes anytime you come in. Need a notary be prepared to wait an hour.

staff is rude and not knowledgeable on the day to day affairs. they are understaffed and have forgotten my appointments i made on multiple occasions. truly unacceptable.

Tellers refused to assist me claiming they can't accept 3rd party checks even though there was limited fraud possibility. Suggested I go to a check cashing place. They told their customer of decades a check casher was a better bank than them. Now I'm looking at changing accounts and credit cards. Very poor customer service by their team.
