I am a Chase customer over 30 years. I visited this branch first time ever this afternoon. As soon as I approached the counter a teller Emma so nicely welcomed and cared my business. Her customer oriented excellent service was so impressive. She was the best bank teller from my experience.
Both the drive-through atm and the one inside are out of service most of the time...many trips wasted
Nice staffs, no complains
Walked in at 4:07pm. Both associates were just chatting in cubicle. Spoke with Johanna V. Who stated she couldn’t help me because they close at 5 and she had a 4:30. I informed her I called the 1800 number and someone instructed me I could walk over. I asked if I could wait for assistance and she said no because her co worker who she was just standing in a cubicle both facing away from the computer was setting up a business account and she had to wait for her appt.
