My only regret is that I can’t put anything lower than this. It’s outrageous, my check for 100 dollars is on hold and “pending approval” because they can’t recognize what company it came from. When it’s clearly on the check and they watched me deposit said check. I then called three times and they gave me no help. I’ve waited 2-3 weeks for one check that’s not even a lot of money, but it would’ve allowed me to buy food transportation and other things. the drive thru ATM & indoor ATM often don't dispense cash. NO Out of Order Sign ever placed on the window. Waste of time going to this CHASE Branch in Englewood NJ the worse out there. If you need to open an account go elsewhere worse customer service, they would rather disrespect you than to give you unbiased business. Complain and report this Chase because none of these people deserve to work with money or people if they are this rude, disrespectful and unprofessional.
Horrible service. I never went back to this location even though its the closest to my house. When I ask the teller, why do they act as if they don't comprehend or speak proper English. I would assume in banking clear and competent English would be the highest requirement next to math and customer service.
Worst customer service. I've been using fort lee, edgewater branches. But today I went to this place and experienced a very bad customer service. So rude.
