Branch manager Jesus was amazing. I had an issue with two of my seven business accounts and he spent the time and problem solved and fixed it. I'm also in the process of getting funding for a new business and Jesus talked me through Chase credit and business loans in detail. I was unaware that they were so competitive with smaller banks. I'll be moving all my business needs to this branch after this interaction. Thank you Jesus.
Very poor performance, they never have enough employees to help you out. Very disappointing. I’m a Chase account holder and deserve to be treated as everyone else.
