Recently was helped by Katherine Sterns and John Natali Private Client Staff persons.. I had a huge problem ! . They worked really , really hard and spent a lot of time dealing with it . . They resolved it ! Thank goodness ! I am scheduled to see them for a follow-up meeting .Am looking forward to it .! I am so very, very grateful for their wonderful help! The Nyack Chase Bank is horrible , they never answer their phone , they always have computer issues. Situations are never dealt with because it’s seems there is never anyone who can make an executive decision . However the bank tellers are always kind and friendly , and are more helpful than the floor managers. On a recent visit to the driving window just before 5:00PM and the bank closing hours, they had a computer issues. Teller told me it could be more than 30 minutes before the issue is resolved. Branch manager Jesus was amazing. I had an issue with two of my seven business accounts and he spent the time and problem solved and fixed it. I'm also in the process of getting funding for a new business and Jesus talked me through Chase credit and business loans in detail. I was unaware that they were so competitive with smaller banks. I'll be moving all my business needs to this branch after this interaction. Thank you Jesus.
Very poor performance, they never have enough employees to help you out. Very disappointing. I’m a Chase account holder and deserve to be treated as everyone else.
