I’m shocked and appalled by the service my mother just received. My mother is the victim of a scam and we came in to this branch to alert Chase. Instead of compassion and support, we encountered victim blaming. Angelina was smug and condescending. She said that Chase already had a fraud alert on the account and reminded my mom that Chase had tried to stop her transaction. Terrible experience with Angelina. My family has been dealing with a traumatic fraud/scam situation the past month. Angelina showed little understanding & empathy; instead, she victim-blamed us & told us we shouldn’t have fallen for the scam. I’m appalled at the lack of professionalism & really want people to know about the experience we had here. I would not recommend this branch & I do not recommend Angelina.
Angelina and Bodiya were both so amazing to work with at this location. They really thrive working with customers and are incredibly caring and understanding when it comes to your banking needs. Would recommend this location to anyone!!
