The branch on east 28th st no long has drive up service. You must go inside to make transactions but there is someone inside that will assist. In order for me to cash a check I needed to make two transactions in order to get cash. One to deposit the check and one to get cash back. I'll have to find another location
Won't take cash deposit at this location. Ridiculous and rude.
They have no tellers so I would recommend going to any other Chase location
I love this branch, I still can’t figure out the ATM every now and then but Angelina, Bidaya, Shane and Denise are always so helpful! Whenever I have a problem they are my go to and they are always so kind and patient with me. Wonderful branch and staff!
I’m shocked and appalled by the service my mother just received. My mother is the victim of a scam and we came in to this branch to alert Chase. Instead of compassion and support, we encountered victim blaming. Angelina was smug and condescending. She said that Chase already had a fraud alert on the account and reminded my mom that Chase had tried to stop her transaction.
