Would give the branch zero stars if I could. The branch manager said he would take care of a problem for me and never followed through. He was short with me and very rude. Hopefully Chase gets with it and doesn’t keep this very unprofessional guy around long.
Every time I go to this bank some error occurs. Please do not put your checks in this bank go to the one in boot ranch.
