I have had good experiences until today! I was attended by a girl with glasses, kind of chubby. It was the worst customer experience! She seemed unhappy to be there and was on her phone the whole time! so unprofessional. I don’t know why the manager would allow them to use their phones while dealing with customers!
Regardless of location, friendly, knowledgeable, and empowered employees work there.
You’re better off going to a different Chase location the teller always have an attitude. Besides that no problems.
