Tori, the bank manager at Chase, is absolutely wonderful! For the second year in a row, she helped my husband resolve an issue with his account — quickly, professionally, and with genuine care. She made a stressful situation so much easier and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly. Excellent customer service like this is hard to find these days. I have had good experiences until today! I was attended by a girl with glasses, kind of chubby. It was the worst customer experience! She seemed unhappy to be there and was on her phone the whole time! so unprofessional. I don’t know why the manager would allow them to use their phones while dealing with customers!
Regardless of location, friendly, knowledgeable, and empowered employees work there.
You’re better off going to a different Chase location the teller always have an attitude. Besides that no problems.
