Had no appointment and was able to get my statements printed out quickly
Opened a new account recently. My initial customer experience in the first 2-4 weeks has been sub par! I still have not received my debit card, apparently lost in mail. They re-ordered and said it would be delivered overnight, and I was charged for a replacement card that I never received in the first place!!! Conversations with customer service is awkward, they speak to you so fast as if they are in a hurry and rushing to be somewhere else other than on the phone with you!
The litter here is everywhere! In the parking in the bushes everywhere! Disgusting.
I've been going to Chase every month for a year to deposit a cashier check of the rent to the landlord, it's the only way I have to send the money. I've had two very unpleasant encounters with Tori and another blonde girl, Courtney I think is her name.
