Never had any issues here, Noah has been nothing but kind respectful and helpful. Definitely one of the better chase banks I've been too.
Opened a new account recently. My initial customer experience in the first 2-4 weeks has been sub par! I still have not received my debit card, apparently lost in mail. They re-ordered and said it would be delivered overnight, and I was charged for a replacement card that I never received in the first place!!! Conversations with customer service is awkward, they speak to you so fast as if they are in a hurry and rushing to be somewhere else other than on the phone with you!
I scheduled a 10 AM phone meeting with client banking a week before the meeting. All week long I received confirmation emails and text confirming my upcoming call. Well it's 10:38 AM and no call for my confirmed 10 AM appointment. This is the second time in a couple of years that this has happened. I personally don’t recommend banking with Chase. They have all these stupid fees for having a checking account open with them. I’m giving you my business and you want to charge me? It should be the other way around! I will be switching banks soon. I’m very unhappy.
