If I could give this bank zero stars I would. Where do I start? The banker WESLEY should not be a banker at all. My mother opened an account for me in Florida and all I had to do was go into the closest bank and SIGN in order to have access to it...that's all. Wesley ran into a "problem" and said he had to do something manually and I won't have access to the account for up to 4 days. Worst customer service of any bank I’ve been to. They have all these employees standing around and sitting in offices and one teller open. Pathetic and poorly run establishment. They need a new manager.

The employees and management at this Chase location on Capitol Drive do not seem interested in discussing the harm caused by their company. One manager gave us a dirty look and a security officer here stated "Boo hoo" when we brought up our concerns. Chase has financed fossil fuels with $382 billion since 2016. Chase needs to stop financing coal, oil and the like and start respecting human rights and indigenous sovereignty. I've been with Chase for years and they've treated me good. Very friendly and helpful. Lines are sometimes long but they have a 24hr atm across the street. One time I have a rejected check and they waved the fee for me. Very nice, just ask.
