Worst customer service of any bank I’ve been to. They have all these employees standing around and sitting in offices and one teller open. Pathetic and poorly run establishment. They need a new manager.

The employees and management at this Chase location on Capitol Drive do not seem interested in discussing the harm caused by their company. One manager gave us a dirty look and a security officer here stated "Boo hoo" when we brought up our concerns. Chase has financed fossil fuels with $382 billion since 2016.
