Never answers the phone. Impossible to contact. Banker missed scheduled meeting. Absolutely dumpster fire location, Chase and JP Morgan should be ashamed. Unacceptable.
They need more tellers on Friday. Both drive in and lobby have the lines. The teller, he is polite to refuse my business.
I made an appointment to come and create a new account with chase for the first time. And Claudia Vazquez went above and beyond to help me create an account she explained everything beautifully and helped me get situated with a new bank. Very helpful everyone there was nice and professional. Thank you.
Customer service used to be good at some point , now they lie about not having change or just don’t want to help with cash options !
