Friendly and courteous staff. Quick service. Two ATM lanes.
This place is a joke. Bank manager likes to word salad people because she has no clue what she's doing. Went to the main branch in casa linda and explained to the bank manager what I needed and what happened to me at this location and he took care of all my banking needs. With out a hiccup and explained to me she was in the wrong and how she was in the wrong. Do not recommend this location at all.
Horizon Bank handicap access would be kinda difficult to me, I'm not in a wheelchair
I understand, that we are living in an era, where fraudulent transactions, and financial predators are at a all time high, however this particular bank,has failed too yield knowledge, or remedy, for any financial banking dilemmas I've experienced. Irregardless of who is working, not one staff, is solution driven. I've made, May 1, 2025 my final in person appearance. The custom service is, beyond poor. There is a chase bank, further down, on Broadway. I am willing to compromise, inconvenience over dissatisfaction.
Not a fan of Chase bank or the Manager here. Was trying to help my elderly father here with some banking transaction discrepancies on his account because he can not hear well, the manager said I would have to have a POA to help my dad. Not only do I feel like he discriminated against my elderly father because Ive never had this problem anywhere else but he completely missed the point that the Bank made mistakes in what they had previously told me on a previous visit trying to sort out these discrepancies.
