Tellers closed before 4:50PM but they close at 5pm and I needed to cash a check. Complete laziness
Friendly and courteous staff. Quick service. Two ATM lanes.
This place is a joke. Bank manager likes to word salad people because she has no clue what she's doing. Went to the main branch in casa linda and explained to the bank manager what I needed and what happened to me at this location and he took care of all my banking needs. With out a hiccup and explained to me she was in the wrong and how she was in the wrong. Do not recommend this location at all.
Horizon Bank handicap access would be kinda difficult to me, I'm not in a wheelchair
I understand, that we are living in an era, where fraudulent transactions, and financial predators are at a all time high, however this particular bank,has failed too yield knowledge, or remedy, for any financial banking dilemmas I've experienced. Irregardless of who is working, not one staff, is solution driven. I've made, May 1, 2025 my final in person appearance. The custom service is, beyond poor. There is a chase bank, further down, on Broadway. I am willing to compromise, inconvenience over dissatisfaction.
