Monday morning 1030 am . Only one teller and no bank managers in sight. Homeless people walking around. But the Teller service was polite and courteous though.
Closed during operating hours, line out door for 1 atm. Drive through atm not working. Limited staff during normal buisness hours when open; horrible experience.
Needed to open a chase business acct chose the first Monday of the year. Called numerous times to get no answer. Showed up to the facility to be told I needed to make an appointment. Horrible customer service. One bad apple spoils the bunch. May need to close my account with this institution.
I had a good experience with Fidel. He was nice and helped me.
