Visited this Chase Bank location, no one was at the front when I came in, so I wasn’t sure who to ask or where to go for service. It felt a bit awkward. Went to the bank for a name change and Ms. Truong said everything went through and I would receive a new card with my updated name. However, I received the card today and it still has my old name. This location always has issues and staff always have attitude. Always.
We experienced poor customer service while trying to drow money out of our account inside the branch on Lavon drive in Garland so today I decided to try the Wylie branch and I was not surprised customer service was just as bad. The bank teller was rude and lazy and acted like I was burdening her despite being the only customer she had at the time. Bad and/or lack of supervision is probably to blame.
My appointment was on time and they provided notary service and made copies of my documents.
