I am blown away by the customer service at this branch! My spouse and I went in yesterday needing some help. Nicole, the manager, was more than willing to help us figure out what our options were and was extremely patient with us trying out multiple routes. Today, my husband went back in with even more questions and requests, and both Nicole and Yousef were amazingly helpful in getting our problem resolved. Thank you for helping us solve that stressful situation!
This location closes early. They lock their doors before their actual closing time and leave the drive through service windows as well. Looking forward to reporting this to Chase.

Horrible customer service in the Wylie branch. People is too lazy Three times they didn't process my credit card payment. I had to go to the Murphy branch were they are very helpful and courteous.
