I see some negative reviews here and I find these to be inaccurate so I thought I'd put in a positive review. I've been using this branchfor over 12 years. I have always received excellent, warm, professional and courteous service from everybody here. I'm often amazed at how efficient the staff is when I watch how they handle the volume at the drive-thru and the counter. I don't know how they do it. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. DID NOT WANT TO CHANGE 20 DOLLAR BILLS FOR 100S. WITHOUT HAVING AN ACCOUNT THERE. That's what the counting bill machine is for
By 02/13/26 time 12:30 to 12:47 "I've been a Chase Bank customer for almost 20 years, both personally and for my business, and this was my first visit to the Wiley, Texas branch. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. While one teller was professional and got the job done, the other spent 15 minutes talking about personal matters in another language. It felt unprofessional and really dragged things out. I hope management addresses this, as I've always valued Chase and expected better service."
