By 02/13/26 time 12:30 to 12:47 "I've been a Chase Bank customer for almost 20 years, both personally and for my business, and this was my first visit to the Wiley, Texas branch. Unfortunately, I was really disappointed. While one teller was professional and got the job done, the other spent 15 minutes talking about personal matters in another language. It felt unprofessional and really dragged things out. I hope management addresses this, as I've always valued Chase and expected better service."
