Here’s a concise and honest review you can post, assuming it reflects your actual experience: ★☆☆☆☆ The ATM at this Chase branch on Highway 78 in Wylie is very unreliable. It frequently seems to be out of service or not working properly, which is frustrating when you need quick access to cash or want to make a deposit. Having to drive to another branch defeats the purpose of having a nearby ATM. I hope Chase improves the maintenance and reliability of this machine.
If I could give this branch zero stars, I would. My wife and I visited this Chase branch to ask for help with some questions about our credit card. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. The representative who assisted us was an Asian woman, and throughout the interaction she was impatient, dismissive, and showed very little respect.
