Horrible customer service. Last week (it was my second time) I want to my appointment. One particular employee was the one whom I was talking to. I've never seen such a rude and implicit derogatory way of speaking to a customer. When this happened to me in the first time, I thought this is how it goes here maybe I misunderstood. Vanessa was professional and courteous in her service during my visit. Was in and out within a few minutes. Wish all banks had this service. Needs a pay raise!
The The banker and the manager and this branch is not help Doesn’t have an experience how you work with the Customer Service I’m going to close my account with this bank because this branch is very bad service
Tried to open a account but I guess they don’t prioritize walk in , when I opened my account , last year they did it in 15 mins , but had us wait 20 mins for just to say , to make an appointment and come back, while there was 2 ppl working they was 2 other ppl eating during the busiest time , like can’t you take your lunch later and do your job?
