I’ve given this branch multiple attempts. Every single time it’s been a disappointment. For starters the branch had issues with verifying identity so it flagged our business act as fraudulent, locking up thousands of dollars from a small local business for 3 months. I had to go to another branch to fix this nightmare. I’ve had multiple headaches with business banking with Chase so I constantly find the need to carve out time to fix their mistakes or get access to my funds.
