So sad that this branch is closing in June
If this is the bank that's at 1464 and Westheimer I just wanted to send a good review for Ms. Carma. This lady is so nice. She can resolve any conflict and even put customers at ease and in a better place before they leave. She has always been cordial and kind when I go to this branch to pay bills to my creditors! I always look forward to seeing her and she is professional and has a smile for everyone. Thanks!
Today, I came accross 2 of the most incompetent, clueless and non-chalant employees of Chase: Nida Mirza and Lisa Quach... both are personal bankers. The worst experience I have ever had! I wish therw was a zero star option. I see why they have only 2 stars. They need to be re-trained or fired!!!!!!
