Teller was helpful
Went to this bank today. Didn't make an appointment because we didn't know we would need one. The teller who redirected me to the waiting area was pleasant. The people in the cubicles were busy but someone came out to find out what we needed and found time to schedule everyone waiting into free slots between appointments. Our meeting lasted beyond the 5:00pm closing time but he was still pleasant and truly helpful. Thank you Luis Lugo for going above and beyond!!!
