Worst customer service ever received by Chase. We're a business ink customer with chase. I went their to get a document notarized made wait long and then manager came out. Said can't notarize since you're not the account holder. Like be for real it's a business account can't add own office the account ownership like really disappointed!!
Worse customer service from teller.
I strongly recommend Luis Lugo as a business banking representative at this location. Luis was open to listening to my frustration and quickly began to see how he could assist me in finding a resolution. Instead of sending me on my way with a number to call and wishing me luck, he quickly found the correct person to talk to and proactively volunteered to go through the steps needed to resolve the issue. This bank has 2 amazing people to work with Luis & Johnny , I had gone in & submitted my husbands death certificate before Thanksgiving & was asked to return in about 4-5 days to pick up the check of the balance on the account so when I went back there was no record of it … I was not aware that I had to make an appointment as I do not normally bank there although I have been a Chase prime credit card customer for years & they were extremely busy on the weekend to process my info all over again, Johnny was kind enough to take... read more
