A teller at this branch had authorized a fraudulent withdrawal from my bank account yesterday of nearly a thousand dollars. I haven’t lost my debit card or my ID, so I’m not sure how someone else took money out of my account without a physical card or proof of identity.

This branch has very rude staff. They do not respect you and treat you as if you are dumb. The banker we spoke with kept insulting us in between the conversation. We went to another branch in New territory and were treated with respect and were able to open an account same day. Please take your business elsewhere.
