I had an unacceptable and deeply concerning experience with Abigail at your branch. From the moment I walked in, she treated me in a dismissive and condescending manner, as if I didn’t understand what I was doing. I came in on a Saturday to cash a valid cashier’s check from a client. Instead of assisting, she claimed she “couldn’t find the item” and told me I’d have to wait until Tuesday. The manager Miguel needs to get fired 1.he sucks at his job 2.he makes everyone do his job 3.he depends on everyone to be perfect 4.he needs to be put DOWN he don't care about nobody else but himself, if I could put 0 stars, I would. He don't deserve to be working there. But I'm putting 1 star, or even comment, for Roshaun, sweet lady, she's a good worker, needs a raise!!!! She helped me when no one would.
