The teller was the BEST. SHE went out of her way to help me. Took her time beyond belief because i'm so slow to learn the best way to pay my bills via my cell phone. Again THANKS Ashley
I went here to get money through the drive through teller and specifically asked the teller for to give me 20s 10s 5s and 1s and it took forever to get greeted and then she said yeah so smaller bills I get it back and she gave 5 20s put it back and sent it back and it took forever to get greeted again. The lady had long black or brown hair and it was a guy the second time I would’ve went through the atm a may as well had
Service here has been very good. Chase Bank , especially their Credit Card operation, seems to be out of touch with customers. I have been with them for more than 20 years but have decided to move on. Complained to the Manager at this location about their inconsiderate customer care in their credit card division and the response I received is there is nothing we can do about them. I have been to this bank 4 different times to try to change my name.... I got married 9 months ago and this is the only place I have no been able to change my name because they make it such a pain and no help is ever available. Yesterday both bankers were going to lunch, why would they go to lunch at the same time leaving no one to help customers? This location is awful.
