Tried calling the bank 3 times to talk to a representative, the automated answering says nobody is available, "goodbye" yet walking in the branch several employees are sitting next to a telephone...wasted time out of our business day that would have taken a minute to get an answer. While its not much, but several hundred thousands of dollars have come from our business to Chase, I think its time to find another bank where people can actually answer a phone call.
Absolute worst bank ever. Youve been warned.
Terrible. I came to open a business account, but they rudely said there were no business bankers available and I should make an appointment. Is this even Chase? Stay away everyone. They don't have a care about you.
