Absolute worst bank ever. Youve been warned.
Terrible. I came to open a business account, but they rudely said there were no business bankers available and I should make an appointment. Is this even Chase? Stay away everyone. They don't have a care about you.
If you come walk in u need to wait forever
I asked for 1 page of courtesy checks in order to pay annual taxes....which I have done so successfully in the past at other branches (not this one) about once a year (i otherwise never use checks). Lynn at the back desk said that they have to charge for this "service". Wow! If this is true, then this bank branch truly deserves its 2 star customer rating.
This Branch refuses to answer the phone. Ridiculous for trying to set up an appointment with the 1 person authorized to help me. Terribly frustrating
