0 stars if I could. Worst customer service and rudest staff I have ever encountered. The old lady in the glasses with gray hair needs an attitude check. I didn’t realize someone could be so angry for no reason at 9am. If you want to get yelled at first thing the morning stop by this location when they open! Corporate has been contacted regarding this vile “Karen” that works here.
Tried calling the bank 3 times to talk to a representative, the automated answering says nobody is available, "goodbye" yet walking in the branch several employees are sitting next to a telephone...wasted time out of our business day that would have taken a minute to get an answer. While its not much, but several hundred thousands of dollars have come from our business to Chase, I think its time to find another bank where people can actually answer a phone call.
