Pulled up to drive eip ATM and dit was out od service. So I go to the walk up. It does not say out of service but it was not functioning. I went inside and there were only 2 tellers with a line of people. So maybe if you ATMs are not working , you staff up accordingly. All I needed was some cash.
Again , I came to Chase… a different location from last time… but same customer service. Jennifer - Lyn Beal ( vice president branch manager assisted me. I wanted to cash my cashier check that was issued through them. When I first encounter her. She seemed impatient… asking if I was a member, for my ID, … I told her I have chase credit cards. Great service friendly customer service
Rose was terrible. I walked in to cash a cashiers check and I didn’t realize I would need two forms of ID since I don’t hold a chase account. I asked a couple of clarifying questions since I haven’t cashed a cashiers check in years, and wanted to make sure I came back prepared. Rose was immediately annoyed, and reiterated that she needed ID, “like a drivers license” she told me with attitude after mentioning the need for ID 3 or 4 times.
