Great service friendly customer service
Rose was terrible. I walked in to cash a cashiers check and I didn’t realize I would need two forms of ID since I don’t hold a chase account. I asked a couple of clarifying questions since I haven’t cashed a cashiers check in years, and wanted to make sure I came back prepared. Rose was immediately annoyed, and reiterated that she needed ID, “like a drivers license” she told me with attitude after mentioning the need for ID 3 or 4 times. Rose was very rude to me. I was given alot of sassy attitude for inquiring about outrageous fees. I hope she gets some training on how to properly speak to customers.
