Rose was very rude to me. I was given alot of sassy attitude for inquiring about outrageous fees. I hope she gets some training on how to properly speak to customers.

Waste of time if you actually want service on your account. Only tellers to cash you out. All account representatives booked always. Go somewhere else, this might as well be an ATM.
