Notaries here are misinformed, including the branch manager, and unable to conduct business. Go to another branch and you’ll have much less frustration.
Pulled up to drive eip ATM and dit was out od service. So I go to the walk up. It does not say out of service but it was not functioning. I went inside and there were only 2 tellers with a line of people. So maybe if you ATMs are not working , you staff up accordingly. All I needed was some cash.
Again , I came to Chase… a different location from last time… but same customer service. Jennifer - Lyn Beal ( vice president branch manager assisted me. I wanted to cash my cashier check that was issued through them. When I first encounter her. She seemed impatient… asking if I was a member, for my ID, … I told her I have chase credit cards.
