Over the last few months the customer service at this branch has plummeted. My last few visits I have only encountered rudeness. I want to specifically mention the notary on site, she was very rude and dismissive so I left. I will be using another branch location from now on.
I really like this location, the staff is super friendly and always call me by name like they know me. I go out of my way to go to this location over others. They are super quick too.
I visited the chase bank after the S Higley was closed. People are so nice and helpful to me. They tries their best to assist me even though my requests are small and easy for them. And I got to see my old friend CC.
I think at Chase Bank. This location is conveniently located on power and Elliott Road in Gilbert. The staff was extremely helpful. The notary on staff went out of his way to help me out. Will be back again and recommend this location to anybody.
