The staff can be friendly. However, when I went recently to pull out some cash, the teller was very rude and asked if I had that much money to pull out. He was extremely condescending and I just suggested he pull up my account and give me my money I’ve asked, for which he did.
Been here several times and each time the staff is friendly and helpful. Just went through a difficult process to stop payment on a lost cashier's check. Staff was very patient with the process and worked through it with me. Shout out to Honna for her help.
Worst bank you would like to visit. People are on vacation and there is no one else to help you. Avoid this place please
I come here every Wednesday to make my business account deposit, Never had an issue till today the new girl that got transferred to this location is very rude, told her what I needed and how I needed change and she gave a horrible attitude and told me to find a different teller. If she is here at this location next Wednesday I will be driving to a different chase
Met up with Anna and Tim at this branch to discuss investing to keep up with inflation. They were professional, patient and kind. I feel good that I took a class in banking and investing without having to pay or drive across town. I love learning for free! Thank you!
