Had appt with Chase Private Client banker, Anna, sat in her office and made phone calls while I sat directly in front of them in the waiting area for over ten minutes. She didn’t even get up from her desk. The kind teller had to get her attention twice and tell her to come get me.
Celestine was amazing!!! She literally went above and beyond for me and my situation. Money is so confusing sometimes during these times but she made it so clear and helped me and my mother. Great listener, empathetic, and so supportive. She deserves so much!!! Thank you Celestine 💗💗💗

I had an account here my account was compromised for 3200.00 they didnt care and told me I had something to do with it which I didnt I filed police report but nothing they could do so I was out the money they didnt care
Over the last few months the customer service at this branch has plummeted. My last few visits I have only encountered rudeness. I want to specifically mention the notary on site, she was very rude and dismissive so I left. I will be using another branch location from now on.
