Happy & friendly branch is NOT inside Fry's , but in the parking lot . Helpful staff & easy to get my banking done easily here.
Worst service I’ve ever experienced at a banking institution. The tellers were arguing, and the teller that helped me was incredibly short and unprofessional.
Horrible service I called to make sure I knew what documents I needed to open a new business account. When I get there I was 10 minutes late, they told me to wait as the banker took someone else. I waited 40 minutes then the banker said I’m sorry I can’t take you. Then they gave me to another banker named Mike, he was so rude and wanted me to produce unneeded documents to open an account when he really had everything he needs.
