They are terrible. I came in to exchange 400 dollars to smaller bills and because i was leaving that afternoon to go out of country. When i showed up because I didn't have my id or an account they wouldn't help me out. I had to go to frys for help. Staff had no compassion to assist.
Mr. Celentano demonstrates a high level of professionalism and expertise. He treats Chase customers with patience, care, and kindness. I am glad to have a appointment with him today.
Out of the other branches in the area I've had the least amount of issues with this one. They still have issues picking up the phone no matter when you call, but that seems to be a common occurrence with chase, but at least when i drive up there they can actually help me.
Happy & friendly branch is NOT inside Fry's , but in the parking lot . Helpful staff & easy to get my banking done easily here.
