The first time I visited, Assistant VP Mark provided excellent service with a patient and humble attitude, helping me set up my account. I had very little prior knowledge and many questions, but he was very supportive throughout the process. However, when I came in today to request a cashier’s check, my experience was quite different. The worst experience I've ever had at a bank that I have been member of since 1978, due to the asst vp, Mark Celentano. Mark was rude and condescending and boldly told me that the service I needed, he was unfamiliar with. While he tried unsuccessfully to figure out what to do, he actually accused me of being combative! He then basically said, he would send documents to "whoever" and that , to quote him, "this request will likely be denied. Would you like to continue?" Walked in to cash savings bonds, both young tellers literally went eeeww, yeah, we dont do those, I said why not. They said banks dont do them anymore, then said chase changed policy, so It appears its a chase only policy but dept of treasury says banks will cash them. Then they confirmed yes its a "chase policy" I called bs, and figured they didn't want to or know what to do ,like they've never seen one before?
