I recently had my Amazon account hacked, the charges were tied to my chase bank card. There were daily charges of more than $200.00. I called the fraud department 5 times, spoke to representatives in the Philippines with different understanding of the English language. Five calls- I asked to have the card cancelled FIVE TIMES. Every morning when I woke up, more items were ordered. FIVE CALLS, FIVE REQUESTS!! Still not resolved!! Crappy company with no customer service and representatives who do not speak English.
