I’ve been banking with this Chase branch for about five years now, and I honestly can’t say enough good things about the team here. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted right away and treated with kindness and professionalism. They’ve helped me with everything from quick deposits to notarizing documents on short notice, and they’ve always been willing to go the extra mile. The people working in this branch are variably polite, friendly, and helpful. I do not understand the negative reviews. My experience has been exactly the opposite. I left BofA about five years ago because their customer service was truly miserable. I walked into Chase and they welcomed my business working with me to transfer my accounts. I have never looked back.
