0 Stars. They replaced tellers with ATM machines. 4 people already waiting to speak to a live person. I am number 5. The couple that came in behind me were told they would have to return tomorrow. There is still 1.5 hours till close.
Just received very rude service at the drive thru by a woman who was wearing a mask. I’m a personal customer, a business customer and a multiple Chase CC holder and this woman acted like I was bothering her. Ridiculous, BTW current CDC research concluded that cloth masks have a better chance of causing bacterial pneumonia than blocking any germs.
I have been here many times and every time I smile and say hello but the guy at the window never smiles and the older white woman is very racist but I will not be back. At other banks I get everything I need for my business and they are very friendly
