I wish to preface this review by saying I am not happy with the company JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. at all. I've tried to escape them many times; but they keep merging with the banks I switch to (Purdue National, Plainfield Bank, Chemical Bank, Marine Bank, First Chicago, WaMu, BankOne, etc.), and I wind up their customer again. That said, I generally don't hold that against the individual branches. This branch location functions well enough, in spite of being a Chase Bank.
