I came into this location on a Saturday, and was helped almost immediately. I had the pleasure of working with Richard, the Assistant VP of the Location. He was extremely professional, and created great conversation while some items were loading. I am very happy to bank with this Chase location, and I am very pleased with my experience. 10/10 would recommend!
This location is by far the worse bank I’ve ever had an experience with. Apparently the Women I spoke to was a manager filling in for another manager. We had a discrepancy regarding the money I was going to deposit. She wasn’t helpful at all. It’s a long story but the shorter version as a customer I should have been treated like one instead of them going into defense about everything. Waited More Than 1hour to get Notarized for the documents i Need I know Its Free but you should Attend the people same aspect .I paid Monthly service For chase bank account as well its not that i just go there just to get Free Notarized.
