This bank is a great place to do business
This is an excellent bank and a very well equipped chase branch. Jamie helped me do my transaction before I left on vacation to Mexico and she was extremely helpful. They do foreign transactions here with euros British pounds and I think Japanese yen or something I can’t remember what the last one was but they quickly referred me to a nearby Chase branch to do Mexican pesos, which was very nice of them.
We had a meeting with Nineveh Falson today and were very impressed with her and our experience with her. Ms Falson was extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. We absolutely achieved our goal through our meeting with Ms Falson and very much appreciate her. Thank you Ms Falson!
I was very surprised to look at my account and discover that I was overdrawn by $1 billion. I didn’t make a Withdrawal. Kind of erodes your trust. I tried calling the branch, but was told by a prerecorded message that they were helping other customers and to call back some other time.
