This place used to be spectacular, it has gone downhill tremendously! Do not recommend anymore. Mediocre service, and mediocre educated staff.
Two trips to this branch for a Medallion Signature Guarantee. Their back office was called three times and gave three different reasons for refusing. July 22, 2026: I called ahead and was told the branch performs Medallion Signature Guarantees without an appointment. A banker submitted my Computershare transfer form and called the back office, which declined it because the custodian of record — my mother — was not present.
