Two trips to this branch for a Medallion Signature Guarantee. Their back office was called three times and gave three different reasons for refusing. July 22, 2026: I called ahead and was told the branch performs Medallion Signature Guarantees without an appointment. A banker submitted my Computershare transfer form and called the back office, which declined it because the custodian of record — my mother — was not present. This is an excellent bank and a very well equipped chase branch. Jamie helped me do my transaction before I left on vacation to Mexico and she was extremely helpful. They do foreign transactions here with euros British pounds and I think Japanese yen or something I can’t remember what the last one was but they quickly referred me to a nearby Chase branch to do Mexican pesos, which was very nice of them.
