I was very surprised to look at my account and discover that I was overdrawn by $1 billion. I didn’t make a Withdrawal. Kind of erodes your trust. I tried calling the branch, but was told by a prerecorded message that they were helping other customers and to call back some other time.

Customer service rep Eric Wendt continues to call me and leave messages despite my requests he stop. He left a cryptic voicemail about needing to talk to me as soon as possible regarding a important matter with my account and then does not answer any phone calls, and the main bank line never gets answered. I cannot find another way to contact anyone at this branch. I left a voice mail for one of the mortgage specialists over a month ago. I never heard back. So, last week, I called the other mortgage specialist and left a message. As of Tuesday afternoon I had not heard back. I tried calling the branch but Chase's phone system does not allow for that. I guess I'll look elsewhere for a mortgage.
