Every single time I go to Chase, which is the closest to my house, a manager says they never have time. They are always booked and unavailable, and there is no one who can help me. Plus, she has an attitude.
Unless this location gets updated sometime within this decade I'll keep my review at 1 star. Everyone local knows why, and the ATMs at this location work only 25% of the time, whether it's the inside or outside one. This place worked better as Bank One back in the day. Can't even have the drive thru anymore but by all means keep making this location look decrepit and abandoned and have its equipment not even work or constantly have issues unlike other locations! Wonderful! 🤦
