It was a good experience opening an account with Banker Amiyah. I appreciate friendly service, clear info, and even other Staff create an easy going environment. This location is definitely better than others by answering questions, and not making someone wait a long time when first walk into the Branch. Also, the Disney Heroes or Villains themed bank account cards is really nice perk. Other than Chime, we like Chase Bank.
Just went to use the ATM, easy in & easy out.
This branch is overall pretty good, but the ATM just inside the outer doors is ridiculously slow. I have to go inside the lobby to the other ATM. I don't go there if the lobby isn't open because the ATM is so slow it's a safety concern because you're there so long. Especially if it's at night.
