I had a complex situation involving multiple banks, conversion of USD dollars, withdrawal of a decent sum of money. Most of the bank tellers I worked with were not able to help beyond giving lip service advice I could find online. Kimberley Samaroo at this branch changed the game. She was able to be consultative while helping me see how Chase could help me with by bigger financial goals. I have to say I had an amazing experience at this Chase Branch. I walked in for a fraud in my account and all of the staff seemed very professional. I was later introduced to the manager of the branch (Kimberly I believe), who was extremely helpful and assisted every step of the way until my issue was resolved.
The employees are not understanding at all and do not help.
