I went to another location(Denton) to try and open an account for my dad but the Indian lady was so rude and unprofessional but was just walking/standing around. We couldn't even sit & wait to be seen because she said they were "booked". She asked did my dad have an account and I'm like no that's why we are here (and it's what I said when we walked in) and she said rudely "oh, yeah that's why I asked ."
