Welcoming and friendly service.
The worst managed bank I have ever seen. I waited about 9-10 minutes at drive through and not one car moved. Gave up and went inside. Waited my turn with 3 other people at 2 teller stations. When it was my turn the woman teller, without a word went to take care off the drive through people. Just don't go to this branch. It is awful
Horrible branch. Bad customer service skills.
This location will not answer the phone. We need to set up an appointment and the site is having issues. It is really upsetting because up until now we have enjoyed banking with Chase..
