Friendly service.
Tried to cash in a savings bond and they found ever way possible for me not to cash it in. They said one was fake, they said one had the wrong address even though I just moved to Texas, and they said one had the wrong SSN even though it was purchased before I was born. They scribbled all over the back of my bond and then of course, had to cross it out and said that I have to mail it in to the government instead. I thought it’d be good to visit the branch on Saturday since I can’t make it on the weekend. Waited for more than 10 minutes in the drive up and then the lady told me she needed to go take care of the people in the front of the bank before she helped with my transaction. My complain isn’t about the lady but about the branch severely understaffed - if you’re not having enough people might as well not open the drive up on the weekends. It’s been over 20 minutes and I’ve not been able to finish my transaction.
