Atm not working
The banker there doesn't even know their own policy. I was told that I can go alone to the bank and remove myself from a joint account by their customer service but when I was there the banker saids all account holders has to be present to do that. I then drove 2 hours to meet the other person just to be told by another branch that I can just do it alone. Stupid!
WARNING: the ATM have a skimmer!!! My card info was stolen this way. They attach it to the ATM inside the bank during non business hours and take it off before bank opens.
Horrible experience, tellers are rude , the place was EMPTY , not one soul , and they still told me to book a appointment, “ till next week “ this branch just has useless people
Terrible deposit experience when staff said “even though an elementary school student knows how to do it.” to customer.
