I requested Auto Loan payment history documents for a closed account. I did not receive the mail. I had to go in office into their 77 Holger Way Branch on 2/3/2026, and request that the payment history be faxed to this branch. They promised to call me when the documents are ready the next day, but they did not call in 3 days. When I call the branch they keep telling me they are assisting other customers, and refused my call. Getting this Auto Loan payment history document (which should be a very simple process) is taking me ... read more
I went to this location today. All the employees were kind and smiling. I didn't have to wait at all. Priyanka did a great job, she answered all my questions and helped me update my info. I would definitely recommend this branch for all your banking needs.
