I requested Auto Loan payment history documents for a closed account. I did not receive the mail. I had to go in office into their 77 Holger Way Branch on 2/3/2026, and request that the payment history be faxed to this branch. They promised to call me when the documents are ready the next day, but they did not call in 3 days. When I call the branch they keep telling me they are assisting other customers, and refused my call. I went to this location today. All the employees were kind and smiling. I didn't have to wait at all. Priyanka did a great job, she answered all my questions and helped me update my info. I would definitely recommend this branch for all your banking needs.
Atm not working
The banker there doesn't even know their own policy. I was told that I can go alone to the bank and remove myself from a joint account by their customer service but when I was there the banker saids all account holders has to be present to do that. I then drove 2 hours to meet the other person just to be told by another branch that I can just do it alone. Stupid!
WARNING: the ATM have a skimmer!!! My card info was stolen this way. They attach it to the ATM inside the bank during non business hours and take it off before bank opens.
