I'm done with Chase Bank, we had a fraudulent charge on our account, and they reversed the charge and gave us our money back but a month later, they tell us after an investigation that we indeed make that purchase and they are taking the money back out our account but we didn't make any purchases of what they say was bought nor did we receive anything and they provided us with a tracking number that isn't even real but yet they are claiming we made these purchases so we are going to be closing our account and going somewhere... read more
What kind of bank shuts your account down with no explanation of why? The same day I got paid they are holding my money saying they will send me a check like I don't have bills to pay. How is this okay my account open this morning to receive my direct deposit but closed before I can pay any bills and I can't go to a branch and get my money I have to wait 10 business days for a cashier's check. @Chase
