I visited the Chase branch on 1917 Tiffin AveFindlay, OH 45840 with the intention of opening a new business account. As a customer of more than five years with two personal accounts at Chase, I expected a professional experience. Unfortunately, the branch manager was not welcoming, and her attitude, expressions, and body language made me feel uncomfortable throughout the interaction. Always friendly
My husband and I went to 2 different Walmarts before coming back to tiffin Ave. Kelly truly understands how frustrating we were helped us out. And got our checks cash. Really appreciate it thanx Kelly keep up the good work you are doing.
