We visited this Chase branch to open checking accounts for our family, including one for our oldest son. While there were issues with my husband’s eligibility that the employees couldn’t resolve, that wasn’t what left the worst impression. As a customer of more than five years with two personal accounts at Chase, I expected a professional experience.
