This branch of Chase receives a low score because of the bland, boring decor. There’s not been a single attempt to make the interior of the bank even remotely pleasant. The place is a cloudy day.
Very unfriendly workers in this branch totally different from the downtown office, please take action on the matter, very unpleasant treatment. I have business account and personal account, I am a frequent customer, I recommend please change all staff or otherwise train them to provide good customer service and thus have happy and satisfied customers.
