Probably the worst Branch in all of Great Neck if not the immediate Area good luck getting anything done here especially on the business side. No one is ever available. No one ever calls you back. You can’t get in touch with anybody over there. Bunch of clowns.

Had such a great experience opening my account at this Chase branch! Ilana Habibian was incredibly helpful and kind — she made the whole process so smooth and easy. It’s rare to have such a pleasant and stress-free start with a new bank, but this was exactly that. Highly recommend!

I have been a customer of this bank for at least 30 years. This bank has gone from great to a disgrace. you have tellers that are rude, done give out their names and bank manager(indian) who is very rude and escalates situations and very non helpful. truely a disgrace. if i could give a zero I would.

My money in the bank was stolen, and I spent a year and a half calling their customer service to get it back! It took me 2 hours each time to repeat all the questions with customer service from different departments! Still no solution yet! Until today when I arrived here, Shuhan Yang talked with the customer service for more than an hour attentively. During the process, she was really considerate of her customers! Hope the result is wonderful! Highly recommend her services！
