No one pick up the phone very poor service
Horrible constructions. The architecture that designed the parking lot and the city inspector who approved the entrances needs to do a better job of this horrible place. I’ll be avoiding this Chase for sure.
Had a phone call appointment scheduled where a banker was supposed to call me to go over some accounts. I made arrangements to be available at 4:30pm as scheduled. Never received the call or a heads up to reschedule or anything. So very unprofessional. Now I have to take another day and go there in person because I don’t trust their system or scheduling. Btw, the phone call was scheduled when I visited the bank in person a few weeks back.
