Awful service with incompetent staff. Been sitting in line for 1.5h and they don’t know nothing and hotline says to go to the branch. Horrible
Hell on earth . Don’t come .
I would give zero stars if possible. I had to wait over an hour to see someone about getting an endorsement from Chase from an insurance check. When it was my turn they let someone else jump in front of me because I was told that banker didn’t know how to do endorsements. 20 minutes later I was sent to her saying she did know how. She didn’t. Someone else had to come in and do it. Almost 90 minutes for what should have been a 5-10 minute process. I heard “sorry” multiple times but that doesn’t really make it any better.
