First time I have heard You have to wait for someone appointment to be cancelled for Notary services for account holders Notary will make you wait till their appointments are done or get cancelled. Pay little extra and go to credit union Or may be its their way of discouraging account holders for an advertised free Notary services

Made an appointment online to meet with Adam Rodriguez so that I could add my wife to my accounts. Showed up on Saturday morning and we were able to check in and meet with him right on time. He was very helpful and personable. Had a great conversation discussing our bank needs and even just talking about life in general. Very nice guy. 30 minutes later we were good to go.
