The branch manager Alma is incredibly disrespectful I was waiting in the queue for more than an hour and I was next in line after this one customer and when my turn finally came, she decided to skip me and take someone who had barely had just got there and I was obviously very upset so I asked her why this lady was being taken first before me and she had the nerve to tell me in a very racist manner that it was rightfully her turn even though it wasn’t when I was literally next in line in cue. this place needs a new branch ma... read more

Horrible customer service! If you want to spend all day waiting for someone to help you this is the place for you. No one is answering their phone lines so you can only walk in. You can probably make an appointment online but if you need something not in the categories you have no way to schedule it. Unfortunately, you walk in and they don’t even know if they can help you or not because they claim they are busy but just there staring at people who needs help. First time I have heard You have to wait for someone appointment to be cancelled for Notary services for account holders Notary will make you wait till their appointments are done or get cancelled. Pay little extra and go to credit union Or may be its their way of discouraging account holders for an advertised free Notary services
