Extremely disappointing customer service. Commitments were made and not honored. Clear communication and follow-through are basic expectations, and both were missing here. I would give negative stars if possible.

I can never get an understanding I'd rather not say...
I went to the bank to get my current month's statement, but after a long wait, the staff gave me last month's statement instead. Very disappointing and inconvenient. Not what I expected from my bank.
