I had an issue and manager was very helpful ...It's hard to find a bank that has dependable people..Thank you
Made an appointment online to meet with Adam Rodriguez so that I could add my wife to my accounts. Showed up on Saturday morning and we were able to check in and meet with him right on time. He was very helpful and personable. Had a great conversation discussing our bank needs and even just talking about life in general. Very nice guy. 30 minutes later we were good to go.
I went to Chase location at 1640 Irving Park Rd, Hanover Park, IL. They have the slowest, most incompetent staff. I have been a loyal customer for personal and business accounts for years. I wanted to get a paper notarized. I waited for hour and a half and they couldn't get a simple page notarized. Even the branch manager is incompetent. Awful customer service. I went to another bank down the street and they helped me in 5 minutes. Please hire better staff!!
Extremely disappointing customer service. Commitments were made and not honored. Clear communication and follow-through are basic expectations, and both were missing here. I would give negative stars if possible.
