Wasted my time
So I came here after hours after not being able to get into another Chase bank so I drove to this location to try and get money out and was not able to… Again !! Not sure what’s going on with Chase Bank And access to their ATMs, but this is ridiculous. They need to do better and also this is a location that after the sun goes down, you may not want to go because there is a lot of homeless people that surround this area.
ATM is inside and closes at 5pm. Very annoying to not have access to make any deposits after work hours
Why bother with this location? You can’t even use the ATM if it’s not within “bank hours” they should sell the location if they’re not going to provide any banking service.
This is not a bank branch, which makes me sad. There are no tellers, which really makes me sad. You can not make deposits again, sad. I'm pretty sure the staff at this branch have not been properly trained in customer service, very, very sad. There should be wayfinding saying this location is not a bank branch, but there is none, so again, sad. One employee got closer than 18 inches of me when I complained. So, I asked him to get away.
