I had a terrible experience with Abdirahman Kalif today. I will never bank at this location again.
I went to this bank. And a very rude lady spoke to me. I went because I had a problem with the application and it sent me to an ATM. It's not fair because I needed help from the staff and not from an ATM
I visited this branch recently regarding some frustrating card issues I’d been dealing with for several days. Abdirahman Kalif, a Chase Private Client Banker, was incredibly helpful. He was patient and efficiently cleared up every problem I had. After struggling with this for a while, I’m so relieved. Thank you, Abdirahman, for the excellent service!
Useless branch, no cash, no access to ATMs after hours, not helpful, just close this inconvenient location.
