No tellers. This is a private client location. ATM outside only gives $100 bills. Was told if I wanted smaller bills I would have to go inside deposit my money i just got. And take it out in the inside ATM. Are you kidding me? People inside where rude. Chase make this a real bank. Otherwise this location is useless. Should have not Teller sign outside and in google maps description.
Wasted my time
So I came here after hours after not being able to get into another Chase bank so I drove to this location to try and get money out and was not able to… Again !! Not sure what’s going on with Chase Bank And access to their ATMs, but this is ridiculous. They need to do better and also this is a location that after the sun goes down, you may not want to go because there is a lot of homeless people that surround this area.
ATM is inside and closes at 5pm. Very annoying to not have access to make any deposits after work hours
Why bother with this location? You can’t even use the ATM if it’s not within “bank hours” they should sell the location if they’re not going to provide any banking service.
