I stopped by recently with a simple question regarding my mortgage payments, hoping to get a bit of guidance in person. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. I was quickly told to “just call Chase Mortgage,” without any effort to understand my concern or offer assistance. Terrible experience. I had to notarize paperwork today and was told we had to wait 45 minutes which was fine until I asked a Chase Employee to use their bathroom and they asked me “is it an emergency?”. What?? When did Chase Bank add that into their customer experience training? We couldn’t stay there after that and got our paper work notarized elsewhere. I even told my business partner we should consider changing banks.
