I visited this branch and worked with branch manager Dimitra. She went above and beyond to achieve on my complicated case on obtaining approval of transfer. Visited another banks prior to coming to this location. She was the only one who actually understood the complicated-ness of my situation and she delivered it successfully. Very smart and intelligent person to work with. Bergenfield branch rocks because of her!

A scammer called from this number trying to phish for a card number. They were super pushing telling us to "Google the number for verification". Ultimately we decided it was safest to call directly and had to hand up on the guy. When we called the 1800 number, they confirmed it was a phishing attempt. Hoping this branch gets their phones/firewall checked out. Very alarming!!
