Terrible experience. I had to notarize paperwork today and was told we had to wait 45 minutes which was fine until I asked a Chase Employee to use their bathroom and they asked me “is it an emergency?”. What?? When did Chase Bank add that into their customer experience training? We couldn’t stay there after that and got our paper work notarized elsewhere. I even told my business partner we should consider changing banks.

I visited this branch and worked with branch manager Dimitra. She went above and beyond to achieve on my complicated case on obtaining approval of transfer. Visited another banks prior to coming to this location. She was the only one who actually understood the complicated-ness of my situation and she delivered it successfully. Very smart and intelligent person to work with. Bergenfield branch rocks because of her!
