Incompetent employees. System down for 4 hours for no reason. Necessary employees to do transactions not always there.
Horrible bank institution I came here to open a new checking account. I’ve waited over 2 weeks for my debit card to arrive. Come to find out when I called the bank they said the system won’t allow to order my card because my address changed. How could that be when I opened a new accounts under my current address and how is it the system doesn’t automatically ships out a debit card. Worse bank ever. You have to tell the account teller to order a card otherwise it’s not getting automatically shipped out. Now I have to wait 30 ... read more

I try to not come here. There are thre women at the front. The youngest one is very rude. The branch manager is on the desk and whether there is a line of 12 waiting, he doesn’t seem to care. They take lunch at the busiest time, there is only one assistant to help. And he is young and inexperience. It just doesn’t work efficiently.
