No customer service
Excellent customer service - Rachel the branch manager and Fatima and Francis in customer service outstanding. never waited more than 5 minutes for both the service window and the manager. I also ordered a new debit card and will report about how many days it will take to get it.
Incompetent employees. System down for 4 hours for no reason. Necessary employees to do transactions not always there.
Horrible bank institution I came here to open a new checking account. I’ve waited over 2 weeks for my debit card to arrive. Come to find out when I called the bank they said the system won’t allow to order my card because my address changed. How could that be when I opened a new accounts under my current address and how is it the system doesn’t automatically ships out a debit card. Worse bank ever. You have to tell the account teller to order a card otherwise it’s not getting automatically shipped out. Now I have to wait 30 ... read more
