Customer service here was honestly pretty bad, felt like nobody wanted to help or even listen, long wait times and the whole experience was just frustrating from start to finish
Chase is hands down the worst experience you can have with banking. Its all branches not just one. Call center is a joke as well
ATM just outside the bank ate my money and froze, happened 2 weeks ago, still going through claim process. Only temporary credit provided so far.
