The worst bank, there is no staff, just one person for the people who arrive, they serve and start talking and they take a long time, they are not useful.
Nothing against the workers here, but who thought it was a good idea to make a “cashless” bank. What even is the point in the bank being there then, if I can’t take my money out of it.
No actual counter, only one computer for depositing checks so all the associates have to wait on each other, the offices are built like booths in a diner, worst customer service design of all time, I’d rather there just wasn’t a location here so I would never have wasted my time, legit feels like a third world experience

Not even a bank what the hell is the point of this if you can’t go inside and get money out
