Very poor customer service. I was asked to sit and wait for about 45 minutes just to update my email address. Meanwhile, several customers who arrived after me were given priority and helped before me. In the end, I had to resolve the issue by calling customer service on the phone instead. The staff at the branch showed a very unprofessional attitude, almost as if I didn’t understand the process. If you value your time, this is not a branch I would recommend visiting.
