What kind of bank doesn't allow purchase for a cashiers check, smh. I couldn't even make my personal car payment with my cash when I have an account. GARBAGE, yes close asap!! Pointless!!
Went in to get a routing information page printed with my Chase card and CA licence and they would not give me the information. They said they could not confirm my identity. I asked to fax 4 pages for me they said "NO", a service they easily could have helped me with and they said NO at every turn. Very unhelpful staff. Could not help me with anything. Awful, awful bank.
Terrible customer service. They don't answer the phone and when I went in they would not handle my transaction without additional paperwork my brother did not need at the Chase branch near his house to complete his part of this same transaction. Went up the street to another branch (at 23992 Alicia Pkwy) and they cheerfully helped me. Won't be back to this branch again.
