Nice service, christine is awesome!
Better than Wells Fargo across the parking lot. You are actually able to exchange a roll of coins for paper money without showing your ID or having an account. And this location was also better staffed to take care of the customer traffic than the Wells Fargo. Easily won my business for the day, 5-stars, will be back to exchange coins next year.
Some of the tellers are friendly, but Chase has really gone down hill as a bank. They are making a lot of money off of our money these days, but overall, service is poor and they pay nothing of interest for a good balance. I went in to change an account number. The agent failed to give me all of the paperwork associated with this transaction. She also did not mention that my existing checks would no longer be valid.
