Better than Wells Fargo across the parking lot. You are actually able to exchange a roll of coins for paper money without showing your ID or having an account. And this location was also better staffed to take care of the customer traffic than the Wells Fargo. Easily won my business for the day, 5-stars, will be back to exchange coins next year.
Some of the tellers are friendly, but Chase has really gone down hill as a bank. They are making a lot of money off of our money these days, but overall, service is poor and they pay nothing of interest for a good balance. I went in to change an account number. The agent failed to give me all of the paperwork associated with this transaction. She also did not mention that my existing checks would no longer be valid. This is the worst chase bank branch I have ever visited in my life. The staff is not serious and the phones are never answered. I do not recommend opening a company account because the knowledge of the business staff here is very insufficient. I have been waiting for 2 weeks for my debit card and unfortunately I have not received it. Moreover, since the business staff canceled my existing card and applied for a new card without my knowledge, all my business was disrupted. We had a meeting with Yuki. She wasn’t welcoming and friendly. She barely answered our questions or made eye contacts. I wouldn’t recommend going to this branch for investment consultation.
Opened a bank account for my father. The banker misspelled my father’s name. Yes, he could not even type in the correct name with ID. Then, we tried to contact the banker the next day. No one pickup the phone for the whole morning. Then, call the branch for 30 mins, finally get connected. They refuse to correct the name and asked us to visit the branch again. No apologies not willing to expedite shipping the replaced card. Woooo，it is Chase bank.
