The service at this bank isn't as good as it used to be. One of the tellers seemed to just brush me off and wasn't willing to help me with my needs. She wasn't very friendly to me; she just sat there at the counter watching me. When I had no other choice, I had to deal with her. It seems the bank's service has really declined.
A male banker at this financial institution who I had an appointment with regarding issues with a trust account had me sit and wait 45 minutes without talking to me, because “he knew” what I needed. I’ve never felt more disrespected for intentionally ignoring me. Do not patron this Chase. They do not treat women as equal.
This location has always given me a great experience - fast, hardly ever crowded and employees are efficient - definitely 5 stars here.
The workers here are not helpful to anyone, there is no business approach to clients, I didn’t like it here, I wanted to open a bank account.
They’re so kind and professional.. I’ve never had one bad experience in the almost 10 years I’ve been with Chase Bank
