Today, I experienced truly European-level customer service in the U.S. at this bank. Honestly, it was the first time I was treated like a VIP client, and I felt right at home. As I entered the bank, behind the glass to my right, an employee, Jose Mendoza, made eye contact with me. He was working on his computer at the time, but despite that, he put his tasks aside and approached me to ask how he could assist.
